What is the price of the shipping guides that Turny generates for returns?
The price will depend on the measurements and weight that you previously edited in Settings.
If your Turny account is integrated with eShip or Shippo, Turny will select the cheapest service available in the platform of your choice. The price of the label will be charged directly to the payment method entered in the shipping platform.
If your Turny account is not integrated with any of the shipping platforms listed in the PLUGINS section, you must create the label outside of Turny, and the cost may vary. Even if you create the label outside of Turny, you can enter the shipping details manually on each return request.
