What if I am not integrated with any shipping platform?
If you do not have an account with any of the shipping platforms listed in the PLUGINS section, you can manually add the shipping information to each exchange and return request. In the RETURNS section you can manually add the tracking number, the shipping label and other information so that your customer can get the information through Turny. To do this you just have to click on the icon next to the phrase "No Shipping Label", on the return request that you'd like to add the information.
How can I charge my clients for the return label?
When creating or editing a "Reason for return", you will be able to select "Return Payment" in the confirmation type. This will prompt your client to be redirected to a payment link. When you receive the payment, you must manually accept the return in the "RETURNS" section. To make this possible, you can add a payment link in the Settings page. To obtain better rates in eShip you can contact them at the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to mention that you are a Turny user to receive preferential rates. For better rates with Shippo, you can simply create an account at www.goshippo.com and you will receive an email from a sales executive.
