Other status of return requests (Drafts, Pending and Sent)
Drafts: When a client enters your returns portal and starts a request but does not finish it, you will see it in your requests as “Draft”.
Pending: When your client has finished sending a request, you will see it as "Pending", you must decide whether to confirm or cancel it.
Sent: When a customer the status of the shipping guide that was generated through Turny to send the merchandise back to you changes to “In Transit”, you will see the request as “Sent”.
