Automatic: Your client will automatically receive the shipping guide to send you the product back, without the need for you to manually approve the return request.
Manual: You must manually approve the return request so that your customer receives the shipping guide. This will allow that in the "RETURNS" section you can review the request and see the photos and comments that your client has attached, if you specified it when creating the reason.
Return payment : Select this type of confirmation in case you want to charge your customer for shipping. You can add or modify the link shown to pay the return, in Settings, on the "RETURN PORTAL" page.
