What if I am not integrated with any shipping platform?

If you do not have an account with any of the shipping platforms listed in the PLUGINS section, you can manually add the shipping information to each exchange and return request. In the RETURNS section you can manually add the tracking number, the shipping label and other information so that your customer can get the information through Turny.

To do this you just have to click on the icon next to the phrase "No Shipping Label", on the return request that you'd like to add the information.
