How can I determine in which products I do not accept exchanges or returns?
To not accept changes or returns on discounted products, in "RETURNS PORTAL" you can go to Settings and select "Do not allow returns of discounted products" in the "Discounted products" section. To not accept changes or returns in any other product or collection of products, just go to Settings in "RETURNS PORTAL" and at the bottom you can add Shopify tags that, when they coincide with a product from your Shopify, cannot be returned via Turny.
How can I prevent my clients from requesting multiple returns with the same order?
In "RETURNS PORTAL" you can go to Settings and select "Allow only one return per order" in "Returns of the same order".
How do I change the number of days my clients have to request a return?
In “RETURNS PORTAL” you can go to Settings and modify the days in “Return window”.
